Business Consulting Subscription Terms Provider: BizWercs Inc Plan: Business Consulting Plan Effective Date: Upon Payment 1. Services Included Your subscription provides business consulting services described in your selected plan, including: • Up to eight (8) consulting sessions of one-hour each per month if an annual plan. (A maximum total of 96 hours per year.) • Up to eight (8) hours of additional consulting support per month if an annual plan. (A maximum total of 96 hours per year.) • Up to eight (8) consulting sessions of one-hour each per month if a monthly plan. • Up to eight (8) hours of additional consulting support per month if a monthly plan. • Up to two (2) consulting sessions of one-hour each per week if a weekly plan. • Up to two (2) hours of additional consulting support per week if a weekly plan. • Support through Email / Telephone / Video Meetings. • Free access to Business Resources (Including the Business Forus), Business and Marketing Plan Templates, and/or Business Startup Planning Materials. (Consulting may address business planning, operations, organization, and management. Services outside your selected plan require a separate agreement and your approval of additional fees.) 2. Subscription Fees Please compare our consulting fees to others you can find. You will find us to be very reasonable if you do. Our subscription costs are provided on your purchasing selection above. Prices are as indicated, which includes applicable taxes, payable in advance. Your first payment is due when you enroll. Subsequent payments are due on the time period anniversary of enrollment, or the last day of the month when that date does not occur. 3. Automatic Renewal and Payment Authorization Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each time period until canceled. By separately accepting recurring billing during enrollment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the disclosed subscription fee and applicable taxes each billing period. (There is no minimum commitment beyond the current paid billing period.) 4. Cancellation and Refunds You may cancel at any time through our cancellation link on your Account/Subscription tab or by emailing admin@bizplan.store. Cancellation takes effect at the time of submission for cancellation. A cancellation received before your next renewal charge prevents that charge. We will confirm your cancellation via email. You may continue using included services through the end of the cancellation date. Fees for a billing period already started are nonrefundable, except where required by law or expressly provided in these terms. Billing errors and charges made after an effective cancellation will be corrected. 5. Scheduling and Unused Services Consulting sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement during 8 a.m. Through 5 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday though Friday. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. A missed session or late cancellation may count toward your monthly allowance. Unused sessions and support hours expire at the end of each billing period and do not carry forward. Sessions we cancel will be rescheduled without reducing your allowance. 6. Communication and Response Times We generally respond to consulting support requests within Two Business Days. Response times do not guarantee that an issue will be resolved within that period. This subscription does not include emergency assistance or continuous availability. 7. Client Responsibilities You agree to provide accurate information, participate in scheduled meetings, and supply materials reasonably needed for consulting. You remain responsible for your business decisions, implementation, employees, finances, and compliance obligations. You confirm that you have authority to enroll on behalf of your business and to share any information you provide. 8. Nature of Advice Our services provide business guidance and recommendations. Unless separately agreed with an appropriately licensed professional, services do not include legal representation, tax preparation, auditing, investment advice, or other regulated professional services. We will use reasonable care in providing consulting, but do not guarantee revenue, profitability, financing, cost savings, or other specific outcomes. 9. Confidentiality Each party will protect the other party’s nonpublic business information and use it only to provide or receive the services. Information may be shared with personnel or service providers who need access and are subject to confidentiality obligations. These obligations do not apply to information that is public, independently developed, lawfully obtained elsewhere, or required to be disclosed by law. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy at https://bizplan.store/privacy-policy/. 10. Consulting Materials You retain ownership of materials you provide. We retain ownership of our preexisting methods, templates, tools, and general know-how except as otherwise authorized to you by us in writing. After payment, you may use materials delivered under your subscription for your own internal business purposes. You may not resell or publicly distribute our proprietary materials without written permission. Ownership of custom deliverables, if any, will be specified in a separate written agreement. 11. Changes to Fees or Services We will provide at least 30 days’ advance written notice of changes to subscription prices or material reductions in services. Changes will apply only to a future billing period. You may cancel before they take effect. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent. 12. Suspension or Termination We may suspend services for unpaid fees after written notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Either party may terminate for a material breach that remains unresolved five (5) days after written notice has been provided. We may immediately suspend services for unlawful use, threats, or abusive conduct. If we end your subscription without a breach by you, we will refund the unused portion of prepaid fees. 13. Liability To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability arising from these services will not exceed the subscription fees you paid during the preceding six (6) months. These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. 14. Governing Law and Agreement These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, subject to applicable mandatory legal protections. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion. These terms and your selected plan description form the agreement for your subscription.
