One-Off Consulting

Description

We offer consulting on a one-off basis for only $75.00 per hour, in one-half hour increments, and with a one-half hour minimum, and four hour maximum.  We guarantee your satisfaction upon completion, or you pay nothing!  Before completing payment, you send us a contact email under our “About” menu option, with your question or problem, and we will consider it for processing.  If we think we can help, we will respond accordingly. (Unfortunately, we cannot estimate time.) If not, we will advise accordingly.  We will do the work when we reply in the affirmative, but will likely ask some questions first.  Good communications are critical to success!

 

Business One-Off Consulting Terms

1. Services Included

Your plan provides business consulting services described herein, including:

• Up to two (2) consulting sessions of one-hour each.
• Up to two (2) hours of additional consulting support.
• Support through Email / Telephone / Video Meetings.
• Free access to Business Resources, Business and Marketing Plan Templates, and/or Business Startup Planning Materials.

Consulting may address business planning, operations, marketing, organization, and management. Services outside your selected plan require a separate agreement and your approval of additional fees.

2. Subscription Fees

The plan costs $75.00 per hour, including applicable taxes, payable upon completion.  There’s a one-half hour minimum, and a four-hour maximum on this option. This service is often used as a trial, so we guarantee your satisfaction upon completion, or you pay nothing!  And because this can be abused, we reserve the right to withdraw or refuse this service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel at any time by emailing admin@bizwercs.org or using the Contact form here on the site.  Cancellation takes effect at the time of submission for cancellation.  We will confirm your cancellation via return email.

4. Communication and Response Times

We generally respond to support requests within Two Business Days. Response times do not guarantee that an issue will be resolved within that period. This plan does not include emergency assistance or continuous availability.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, participate in scheduled meetings, and supply materials reasonably needed for consulting. You remain responsible for your business decisions, implementation, employees, finances, and compliance obligations.

You confirm that you have authority to enroll on behalf of your business and share any information you provide.

6. Nature of Advice

Our services provide business guidance and recommendations. Unless separately agreed with an appropriately licensed professional, services do not include legal representation, tax preparation, auditing, investment advice, or other regulated professional services.

We will use reasonable care in providing consulting, but do not guarantee revenue, profitability, financing, cost savings, or other specific outcomes.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other party’s nonpublic business information and use it only to provide or receive the services. Information may be shared with personnel or service providers who need access and are subject to confidentiality obligations.

These obligations do not apply to information that is public, independently developed, lawfully obtained elsewhere, or required to be disclosed by law. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy at https://bizplan.store/privacy-policy/.

8. Consulting Materials

You retain ownership of materials you provide. We retain ownership of our preexisting methods, templates, tools, and general know-how except as otherwise authorized to you by us in writing.

After payment, you may use materials delivered under your subscription for your own internal business purposes. You may not resell or publicly distribute our proprietary materials without written permission. Ownership of custom deliverables, if any, will be specified in a separate written agreement.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability arising from these services will not exceed the plan fees you paid.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Governing Law and Agreement

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, subject to applicable mandatory legal protections. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion.

These terms and your selected plan description form the agreement for your subscription. Any different terms must be agreed to in writing.
